My mother has EdenPur she is 82 got it in March of 2011. Took along time to get. She only used it a shot time then turned it on to use now and already won’t work. She call and they are willing to fix it but she has to pack it up and mail it out. A little heavy for a 82 year old lady. She also has to pay for shipping. We were going to buy one NOT NOW!!!!!
Sorry to hear that Miriam. It wasn’t the EdenPURE GEN3 Model by any chance? This is a pretty poor model, as you can see in my review. The New Edenpure Heater Model US-1000 is much better model.
A much better alternative, in the $200 price range would be the Dr Heater Quartz
